The Don Valley Stompers had the pleasure to play for the Grand Opening of this years Mt Pleasant Harvest Fair. The band played two morning sets of lively jazz and blues on the corner of Sudan and Mt Pleasant for all curious kiddies of all ages and sizes. The band got paid by the Mt Pleasant BIA and sound was provided by Sebi and ____ Productions. It was a fun afternoon!
Chuck Clarke leads the band on cow horn, Jacqueline Chia plays trombone. The rhythm section are Ralph Pastore on banjo, Steve Wellman on drums and Gram Whitty on bass. I play my alto.
