TOBY HUGHES WILL PERFORM

*EVERY SUNDAY AFTERNOON from 4:30 to 8pm at good ole Grossmans Tavern. Good beer and whisky at this one! I play with The N. O. Connection All Stars. It sounds pretty posh but really it's just a bunch of us singing and maybe some yelling popular songs.

*FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 6th THE DON VALLEY STOMPERS are at Door 55 (Port Credit) to kick off SOUTHSIDE SHUFFLE! 8pm to 11pm with Chuck Clarke, Jack King, Chris Daniels and  Ian Boyce on drums.  This'll be a jazz gig in a whiskey bar. It seems to have worked in the past.

*SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 7th with the good lord willing I'll be with DINNY AND HIS ALL STARS  at SOUTHSIDE SHUFFLE, 12pm.  Look for the band stopping traffic on Lakeshore and then busy bodying down to the water for an after parade. Ask Dinny. If you are at the brogue go Carling.

*MONDAY SEPTEMBER 9th I am playing alto with THE YORK JAZZ ENSEMBLE at THE DUKE LIVE. This will be our first first time  here with this group and it will be a fun one! It's nice to find a bar full of like minded people. 

*TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 10th  I get to hang again with Roberta Hunt and Glenn Anderson and interpret balboa at Lindy Hop Revolution, 8pm. Look out for further information.

* FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 13th with Roberta Hunt at Lula Lounge as part of the ongoing Afterwork Global Party! More info here but get there before 8 and hear a great jazz trio doing their stuff beforethe cover kicks in. Then pay your cover and stay for the evenings. Yes.
